Shipping Information

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you cannot find it, please check your junk folder.

Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days from the date of order. During busy periods it can occasionally take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

Please note that delivery times exclude any customs or clearance delays, which are outside our control.

If you entered the wrong address, email us straight away with URGENT in the subject line and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
