Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We are a UK-based store and ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days from order, excluding any customs delays. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking can take a couple of days to start updating, so please allow a little time.

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update it. Email us as soon as possible with the correct details. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, along with the other secure options shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return and we will guide you through it.

My order seems delayed or lost. What do I do?
First, give the tracking a little time to update, as it can occasionally lag. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will sort it out for you.

Do the translator earbuds need an app, and is there a subscription?
Yes, the earbuds work with a free companion app. Online translation works out of the box. Full offline and advanced translation is free for an introductory period, after which it may require a paid subscription through the app provider. We mention this upfront so there are no surprises.
